Sereno, nakatakdang magsumite ng sagot sa impeachment case bukas
Nakatakdang magsumite ng sagot ang kampo ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa inihaing impeachment complaint labas sa kaniya.
Ayon kay Atty. Cruz, abogado ni Sereno, ipapaliwanag sa sagot ng kampo kung bakit dapat ibasura ang naturang impeachment case.
Matatandaang binigyan ng 10 araw ng House Justice Committee sa pangunguna ni Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali si Sereno na sumagot sa impeachment case na idineklarang sufficient in form and in substance.
Nakatakdang isumite ang sagot bukas, alas diyes ng umaga at masusundan din ng press conference para ipaliwanag ito ng kampo ng chief justice.
