Nagpatupad ng balasahan ang Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) sa mga matataas na opisyal nito.
Sa isang pahayag sinabi ni PDEA Director General Isidro S. Lapeña na naniniwala siya na ang paggalaw ng mga tao ay magandang paraan para maging flexible at adaptable ang isang organisasyon.
Narito ang mga bagong designasyon ng opisyal ng PDEA epektibo noong May 22, 2017:
Director Juvenal Azurin – Regional Director, PDEA
Regional Office-Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (PDEA RO-ARMM),
Director Bryan Babang – Superintendent, PDEA Academy,
Director Gilbert Buenafe – Director, Special Enforcement Service (SES),
Director Ismael Fajardo, Jr.,- Regional Director, PDEA Regional Office III;
Director Aileen Lovitos as Regional Director, PDEA Regional Office XIII.
Sinabi ni Lapeña na dumaan sa masising proseso ang nasabing reassignment.
“This should be a development benefit for them as they are about to expose themselves to new knowledge, skills set, and perspective, including unfamiliar terrain and bringing along best practices and accumulated experiences in the regions,” sabi pa ni Lapeña.
Nilinaw ni Lapena na hindi ito parusa at walang kinalaman sa competence ng mga apektadong opisyal.
“PDEA is constantly on the move. These progressions are not sanctions imposed upon the Agency’s key officers because of incompetence, but rather an opportunity for professional growth,” dagdag pa ng hepe ng PDEA.
