Mas mataas ito ng 5.90 sentimo kumpara sa 12.4 cents na ipinataw simula noong January.
Paliwanag ng ahensiya, kailangan ang dagdag-FIT-All rate upang umabot ang pondong pambayad sa FIT-eligible generators.
