Supt. Rafael Dumlao inaresto sa loob mismo ng Camp Crame
Inaresto ng PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group (AKG) si Supt Rafael Dumlao na isa sa mga pangunahing suspek sa pagdukot at pagpatay sa Korean businessman na si Jee Ick Joo.
Ayon kay PNP AKG Director S/Supt. Glen Dumlao, isinilbi ang warrant of arrest laban kay Supt Rafael Dumlao kagabi sa Kampo Crame habang itoy nasa ilalim ng restrictive custody.
Inilabas ng korte ang warrant of arrest laban kay Dumlao makaraang isama ng DOJ ang pangalan nito sa kanilang kinasuhan matapos silang magsagawa ng re-investigation sa kaso ng pagpatay kay Jee Ick Joo
Mga kasong kidnapping at serious illegal detention ang kinahaharap na kaso ni Dumlao.
Wala namang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte para sa mga nabanggit na kaso.
Kanina ay nagpunta sa Pampanga ang PNP AKG upang iprisinta si Dumlao sa Angeles RTC Branch 38 para sa tinatawag na return of warrant.
