Dagdag na negosyo sa Pilipinas ipinangako ng Russia

Target ng Russia na taasan ang importasyon ng prutas at iba pang produkto galing sa Pilipinas.

Ayon kay Trade and Industry Secretary Ramon Lopez, bunga ito ng ginawang bilateral meeting nina Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Russian President Vladimir Putin sa sideline ng Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Leaders Summit na ginanap sa Lima, Peru.

Mula sa kasalukuyang $40 Million, nais ng Russia itaas sa $1.5 Billion ang halaga ng mga aangkating produkto pag sa Pilipinas.

Bukod dito, nangako rin aniya ang Russia na mamumuhunan din sila sa sektor ng enerhiya at imprastraktura.

Halimbawa na lamang aniya ang machine engineering, hardware, modernization sa industrial machineries, railways port infrastructure, mga monorails, mga light transit transport system pati na sa sektor ng agrikultura at turismo.

Umaasa rin si Lopez na tataas ang bilang ng mga Russian tourists sa Pilipinas.

Dagdag ni Lopez, nangako rin ang Russia na tutulong sa counter terrorism, kampanya laban sa illegal na droga, law enforcement, education, finance at iba pa.
