No-show si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa gala dinner para sa Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) leaders’ meeting sa Lima, Peru.
Absent ang presidente sa naturang dinner na nag-umpisa 7:15 ng gabi sa Peru, o alas-otso ng umaga, Manila time.
Paliwanag ni Presidential Communications Office Secretary Martin Andanar, masama umano ang pakiramdam ni Duterte.
Sa halip, si Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay ang dumalo sa gala dinner, bilang kinatawan ng pangulo.
Ang dinner ay hosted ni Peruvian President Pedro Pablo.
Kabilang sa mga present sa pagtitipon ay sina outgoing United States of America President Barack Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Chinese President Xi Jinping at Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
