Pagbibitiw ng isang hukom na isinangkot sa droga hindi tinanggap ng SC
Hindi tinanggap ng Korte Suprema ang irrevocable resignation ng isa sa mga judge na kasama sa drug watchlist ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Ayon kay Atty. Teodore Te, spokesman ng Supreme Court, natanggap na nila ang resignation letter ni Municipal Trial Court Judge Exequiel Dagala ng Dapa, Siargao.
Gayunman, sinabi ni Te na hindi pa ito tinatanggap ng Supreme Court en banc.
Dahil dito, makakasama pa rin si Dagala sa iimbestigahan ng binuong fact-finding team na pangungunahan ni retire Justice Roberto Abad.
Mayroon lamang 30-days ang nasabing lupon para sa kanilang gagawing fact-finding probe na susundan ng pagsusumite ng rekomendasyon sa Mataas na Hukuman.
