Drug surrenderee muling naaresto sa drug operation sa Quezon City
Balik kulungan ang isang drug surrenderee matapos maaresto sa isinagawang drug buy bust operation ng mga pulis sa Barangay San Martin de Porres sa Cubao, Quezon City.
Nakilala ang suspek na si Julius Sañez alyas Oyot, na dati nang sumuko sa Oplan Tokhang ng mga otoridad.
Napag-alamang bumalik ito sa kalakaran ng ipinagbabawal na gamot kaya naman muli itong napabilang sa binabantayang drug watchlist ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 7.
Narekober mula kay Sañez ang 13 maliliit na plastic sachet ng shabu at isang cellphone na ginagamit nito sa kanyang mga transaksyon.
Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
