Trillanes pinahaharap sa piskalya dahil sa kasong sedition
Pinahaharap ng Pasay City Prosecutors Office si Senator Antonio Trillanes IV sa preliminary investigation ng kasong inciting to sedition at proposal to commit coup d’etat na inihain ni Labor Usec. Jacinto “Jing” Paras at Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Manuelito Luna.
Nakasaad sa subpoena na inobliga si Trillanes na humarap kay Pasay City Prosecutor Reynaldo Ticyado sa October 18.
Ayon kay Luna, magkakaroon ng clarificatory hearing at tatanungin sila ng piskal para sa affirmation ng reklamo.
Ito na ang ikalawang inciting to sedition case laban kay Trillanes sa Pasay Court kung saan ang unang kaso ay inihain sa Metropolitan Trial Court.
Setyembre nang ihain ang reklamo kung saan pinagbatayan ang pahayag ng senador na “insane,” “corrupt,” at “imcompetent” si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na umanoy paghimok sa publiko na labanan ang kasalukuyang administrasyon.
