Fil-Aussie, napabilib ang mga hurado ng “X factor Australia”
Binigyan ng ‘standing ovation’ ng apat na hurado ang performance ng Filipino-Australian na si Cyrus Villanueva sa second live show ng “The X Factor Australia”.
Inawit ni Villanueva ang kakaibang rendisyon ng “Knocking on Heaven’s Door” na umani ng papuri mula sa mga hurado at palakpak mula sa mga audience.
Ayon sa judge na si Guy Sebastian, bilang isang Guns ‘N Roses fan, masasabi niyang kahanga-hanga ang version ni Villanueva sa nasabing awitin. “Cyrus, I was a massive Guns ‘N Roses fan growing up and that was one of my favorite songs. It was amazing,” sinabi ni Sebastian.
Naging maganda rin ang komento ng hurado na si James Blunt. “Cyrus, the question is not what can you sing but what can’t you sing,” ani Blunt.
Habang sa panig ni Dannii Minogue sinabi nitong kada linggo ay nagpapakita ng kaniyang husay si Villanueva. “You are nailing it week after week. Sometimes, this show just captures people in their prime and all the stars align.” Sinabi ni Minogue.
Ang judge na si Chris Isaak na siyang mentor ni Villanueva ay sinabing isa siyang ‘proud mentor’.
Matapos ang nasabing live show ay malalaman kung si Villanueva ay mapapasama sa top 5 ng X factor Australia.
