DPWH employee, timbog sa buy bust operation sa Biliran
Arestado ang isang empleyado ng Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa ikinasang buy bust operation sa Biliran.
Sa ulat ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), nahuli ang empleyado na si Dave Juntilla, 36-anyos, sa bahagi ng Barangay Matanggo noong September 17.
Ikinokonsidera si Juntilla bilang high value target ng mga otoridad.
Nakuha si suspek ang limang pakete ng hinihinalang shabu na may street value na P1,360.
Mahaharap ang suspek sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 at Section 11 ng Article II ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
