Pero sa bisa ng utos ng piskal ay nakalaya ang tatlong abogado ng Desierto & Desierto law firm pasado 8:30 ng gabi.
Itinakda naman sa August 28, 2018 ang preliminary investigation sa kanilang kinakaharap na mga kaso.
Maliban sa obstruction of justice, ay nahaharap din ang tatlong abogado sa disobendience to persons of authority at constructive possession of illegal drugs.
Sina Soliven, Rocha at Alarkon ay abogado ng Times Bar sa Makati City na matatandaang sinalakay ng mga pulis dahil sa bentahan daw ng party drugs sa mga kustomer.
