2nd alarm itinaas sa Marikina River

Itinaas na muli ang 2nd alarm sa Marikina River dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng water level sa ilog.
Umabot na kasi sa 16.1 meters ang antas ng tubig kaya iniakyat ang status nito sa 2nd alarm na ang ibig sabihin ay magpapatupad na ng preemptive evacuation sa mga residenteng malapit sa ilog ang tirahan.
Patuloy ang nararanasang pag-ulan sa Metro Manila dulot ng Habagat na pinalalakas ng bagyong Inday.
