This is how Bangsamoro Transition Commission and MILF Vice Chairman for Political Affairs Ghadzali Jaafar felt after the Bicameral Conference Committee approved the final draft of the proposed Organic Law for Bangsamoro also known Bangsamoro Basic Law.
