Malacañang naglatag na ng plano sa localized peace talks sa NPA
Inihahanda na ng Malacañang ang isang executive order na magsisilbing guiding framework sa localized peace talks sa New People’s Army.
Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, sa localized peace talks ay didiretso na ang pamahalaan at bibigyang kapangyarihan ang mga lokal na opisyal na makipag-usap sa mga combatants kapag hindi pumayag si Communist Party of the Philippines founding chairman Jose Maria Sison na sa Pilipinas gawin ang peace talks.
Pitong kundisyon ang inilatag ng pamahalaan sa localized peace talks gaya halimbawa ay national orchestrated, centrally directed at locally supervised ang pag-uusap.
Dapat rin na ang amnesty package ay base sa disarmament, demobilization, rehabiliation at reintegration sa lipunan at iba pa.
Naglatag din aniya ang pamahalaan ng apat na localized peace engagement at ito ang localized peace talks, community dialogue, local peace package at confidential dialogue.
