Tinanggap ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang resignation ng 3 undersecretaries at 1 assistant secretary ng Department of Justice (DOJ).
Ayon kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, ang 3 undersecretaries na nagbitiw sa pwesto ay sina Raymund L. Mecate, Erickson D. Balmes at Reynante B. Orceo na lahat ay fraternity brothers ng Pangulo.
Tinanggap din ng Pangulo ang resignation ni Asec. Juve R. Manwong.
Sa rekomendasyon naman ni Guevarra ay pumalit sa mga nagresign na opisyal ang mga abogadong sina Emmeline Aglipay-Villar, Adrian F. Sugay, Mark L. Perete at neal Vincent M. Bainto.
