Pondong ginamit ng DILG para sa ASEAN hindi pa na-liquidate
Aabot pa sa mahigit P1 bilyon na ginastos para sa 2017 Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit ang hindi pa nali-liquidate hanggang ngayon ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
Base sa report ng Commission on Audit (COA), halos one-third pa lamang ang P1.046 bilyong sa kabuuang budget ng DILG.
Ayon pa sa COA, wala pa sa mga implementing agencies ang nakapagsusumite ng liquidation.
Dahil dito, sinabi ng COA na hindi pa mabatid ng kanilang hanay kung ginastos ang naturang pondo para sa ASEAN o ginamit sa ibang bagay.
