Inutos ng korte na arestuhin sina S/Insp. Christopher Geronimo ng Buenavista, Quezon; PO2 Anthony Macario ng Naic, Cavite; PO2 Rommel Laviña ng Regional Intelligence Unit; PO2 Jerickson San Francisco ng Laguna Provincial Police Office at PO1 Dessargues Matorres ng Alaminos, Laguna.
Inaresto rin si Saudimar Diaz na dismissed na sa serbisyo bago ang naturang kaso.
Ayon kay C/Supt. Giovannie Martinez, boluntaryong sumuko ang mga pulis sa police station matapos ilabas ng Regional Trial court Branch 31 ang arrest warrants para sa kasong planting of evidence and arbitrary detention ng dalawang drug suspects.
