Ito ay kahit na nagpasya na ang Department of Justice (DOJ) at binaliktad ang naunang desisyon ng Bureau of Immigration na nagpapawalang-bisa sa missionary visa ni Sister Fox.
Sa pulong balitaan sa Cotabato, sinabi ni Presidential spokesman Harry Roque na tuloy pa rin naman ang deportation proceedings ng Bureau of Immigration sa kaso ni Sister Fox.
Paliwanag ni Roque, tama ang ginawa ng DOJ dahil walang kapangyarihan ang Immigration na ipawalang-bisa ang visa.
Inaalam aniya ng BI kung sumapi sa pulitika o hindi si Sister Fox.
Ayon kay Roque, ang isyu sa deportation ni Sister Fox ay kung namulitika ang Australian missionary.
