Matatas na opisyal ng CHED, sumailalim sa drug test
Sumailalim sa mandatory drug test ang matataas na opisyal ng Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
Kabilang sa nagpasailalim sa drug test si CHED Officer-in-Charge Prospero E. De Vera III at iba pang mataas na opisyal ng ahensya gayundin ang kanilang mga tauhan.
Ayon kay De Vera ang mga opisyal at empleyado ng CHED na magpopositibo sa screening test ay isasailalim sa confirmatory test.
At kung muling magpositibo sa confimatory test, isasailalim naman ito sa Drug Dependency Examination ng Department of Health.
Ani De Vera ang drug test ay pagtalima sa Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 13 na nagsasaad na guidelines sa pagpapatupad ng “Mandatory Random Drug Test for Public Officials and Employees and Other Purposes.”
