Inabisuhan ng Bureau of Immigration (BI) ang publiko na hindi muna magagamit mula ngayong araw, Biyernes (May 18).
Ayon sa abiso ng BI, sira at inaayos pa ang kanilang hotline number na 465-2400.
Dahil dito sinabi ng BI na hindi muna maaring tawagan ang nasabing hotline number hanggang sa Linggo, May 20.
Sa Lunes naman, may 21 inaasahang maayos na ang hotline.
Para sa mga may importanteng concern, sinabi ng BI na maari munang tumawag sa 524-3769.
