Sen. Cyntia Villar at Sen. Manny Pacquiao, nanatiling pinakamayang senador base sa kanilang SALN

Si Senator Cynthia Villar pa rin ang pinakamayaman sa hanay ng 23 senador sa mataas na kapulungan ng kongreso base sa isinumite nilang Statement of Assets, Liabilities of Networth o SALN para sa nagdaang taon.

Ang halaga ng yaman ng senadora ay mahigit P3.611 billion habang sumunod sa kaniya si Senator Manny Pacquiao na mayroong P2.9 billion na yaman.

Si Villar at kaniyang pamilya ay kilala sa real estate business habang si Pacquiao naman ay batid ng lahat na isang professional boxer.

Ang tatlong senador naman na may pinakamaliit na yaman sina Sen. Francis Escudero, P8.5 million; Sen. Leila de Lima, P7.9 million at ang itinuturing na pinakamahirap na senador ngunit milyonaryo pa rin ay si Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV na nagdeklara ng yaman na P6.8 million.
