11-3 ang magiging boto pabor sa pag-alis sa pwesto ni Sereno ayon sa fearless forecast ni Rep. Umali
11-3 umano ng magiging botohan sa quo warranto petition laban kay Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno kung saan mayorya sa mga mahistrado ang papabor na maalis siya sa pwesto.
Ito ang fearless forecast ni Mindoro Oriental Rep. Reynaldo Umali sa magaganap na deliberasyon at botohan sa inihaing quo warranto petition ni Solicitor General Jose Calida.
Kung mayorya nga ng mga mahistrado ang papabor sa quo warranto petition, agad matutuldukan ang dapat sana ay 18 taon na termino ni Sereno bagaman may pagkakataon pa siyang maghain ng apela.
Kung mababasura naman ang quo warranto petition, ay magpapatuloy ang impeachment case laban sa kaniya.
