Pagdedeklara sa CPP-NPA bilang teroristang grupo, mananatili – Duterte
Iginiit ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na mananatili ang proklamasyong nagdedeklara sa Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) at New People’s Army (NPA) bilang isang teroristang grupo.
Ayon sa Punong Ehekutibo, hindi pa oras para alisin ang naturang proklamasyon sa grupo.
Dagdag pa nito, mandato niya bilang pangulo na protektahan ang buhay ng mga Pilipino at gawing komportable ang mamumuhay.
Pinirmahan ni Duterte ang proklamasyon noong December 2017 kasunod ng Republic Act 10168 o Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act of 2012.
Matatandaan ring inimbitahan ni Duterte si CPP founding chairman Jose Maria sision na bumalik sa Pilipinas para pag-usapan ang kapayapaan.
