4 na mahistrado ng SC, pinag-iinhibit ni CJ Sereno sa Oral Argument ng Quo Warranto Petition laban sa kanya
Pinag-iinhibit ng kampo ni Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno sa Oral Argument sa isinampa sa kanyang Quo Warranto Petition ang apat na mahistrado na tumestigo sa kanyang impeachment proceeding sa Kamara.
Kabilang sa petition for inhibition na isinampa ng mga abogado ni Sereno sina Associate Justice Noel Tijam, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin at Francis Jardeleza.
Una nang kinumpirma ng kampo ni Sereno ang pagsipot nito sa Oral Argument ng Quo Warranto Petition na isinampa ni Solicitor General Jose Calida sa darating na April 10.
