Hindi kumpiyansa si Albay Congressman Edcel Lagman sa inaprubahang articles of impeachment ng House Justice Committee laban kay Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno.
Ayon kay Lagman walang laman, mahaba at tadtad lamang ng opinyon ang articles of impeachment.
Sinabi nito kung haba ang sukatan para matiyak ang conviction ni Sereno ay panalo na ang Kamara
Paliwanag ng mambabatas ang isang articles of impeachment ay dapat na binubuo ng conclusions of fact and law and hindi statement of ultimate facts
Ang nakalusot anyang articles of impeachment ay parang shot gun na ampao naman ang bala.
