Committee report at articles of impeachment kay Sereno, sisimulan nang buuin ng house justice panel
Bumuo ang House Justice Committee ng Small Technical Working Group upang gumawa ng committee report at articles of impeachment.
Pangungunahan ang TWG ng limang vice chairperson ng komite.
Ayon kay House Justice Committee Chair Reynaldo Umali, ilalahad ng mga ito sa komite ang kanilang ginawang report sa May 14 ganap na alas 9:30 ng umaga upang pagbotohan bago iakyat sa plenaryo ng kamara.
Kapag napagbotohan, dadalhin ang committee report at articles of impeachment sa rules committee ng kamara kung saan mayroon ang mga itong 10 session days upang pag-aralan.
Matapos ito ikakalendaryo sa plenaryo ang report kung mayroon namang 60 session days bago ito talakayin at pagbotohan ng mga kongresista.
Kapag nakakuha ng botong 1/3 o 98 na kongresista pabor sa committee report i-aakyat ang reklamo sa senado na tatayong impeachment court.
Sa botong 38-Yes at 2-No inaprubahan ng house panel ang deklarasyon na may probable cause ang impeachment complaint laban kay Supreme Court Maria Lourdes Sereno na inihain ni Atty. Larry Gadon
