BREAKING: Impeachment complaint vs Sereno nakitaan ng probable cause ng house justice panel

(BREAKING) Sa botong 38-2 nakitaan ng sapat na batayan ng house justice committee ng kamara ang impeachment complaint laban kay Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.

Tanging sina 6th Dist. Rep Kit Belmonte at Dinagat Islands Rep. Kaka Bag-ao ang bumoto ng “No”.

Sa apat na grounds sa reklamong inihain ni Atty. Larry Gadon, sinabi ng komite na may sapat na batayan para iakyat sa impeachment court ang kaso.

Kabilang dito ang culpable violation of the Constitution, corruption, other high crimes at betrayal of public trust.
