Kinumpirma ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) na nailipat na nila sa Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) ang kustodiya kay Customs broker Mark Taguba.
Sinabi ni NBI spokesman Ferdie Lavin kahapon pa ng hapon nang madala nila sa BJMP Detention Facility sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City si Taguba.
Ito aniya ay base sa bagong utos ng Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 46.
Nauna nang hindi pumayag ang PNP na mailipat sa Custodial Center sa Camp Crame si Taguba base sa isang umiiral na memorandum circular.
Ito ang dahilan kayat naglabas ng bagong kautusan ang korte.
Nahaharap sa mga kaso si Taguba kaugnay sa P6.4 billion shabu smuggling sa Bureau of Customs.
