P4.7M na halaga ng shabu nasabat mula sa isang 23-anyos na high-value target sa Cebu City
Aabot sa P4.7 milyon na halaga ng ilegal na droga ang nasabat mula sa isang 23-anyos na lalaki na itinuturing na “high-value target” sa Cebu City.
Ayon kay Supt. Glenn Mayam, hepe ng Drug Enforcement Group ng Philippine National Police sa Central Visayas, nadakip si Walter Villamor, alas 2:00 ng madaling araw ng Miyerkules sa isang buy-bust operation sa loob ng isang motel sa V. Rama Avenue, Barangay Calamba.
Si Villamor na residente ng Sitio Gatepass, Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City ay tatlong buwan na isinailalim sa surveillance ng pulisya.
Natukoy sa imbestigasyon na hindi lang ordinaryong drug peddler ang suspek kundi isang “big time” drug pusher na nakapagbebenta ng ilegal ng droga na 50 gramo pataas.
Sa isinagawang operasyon, nagpanggap ang asset ng pulis na bumili ng droga kay Villamor at dinakip ito matapos maiabot ang P400,000 na halaga ng shabu.
Ayon kay Mayam aabot sa 400 gramo ng shabu ang nakuha sa suspek.
