Hindi sumipot sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig ng kamara sa impeachment complaint laban kay Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno ang dalawang mahistrado ng Korte Suprema.
Ayon sa house justice committee, hindi dumalo sina Supreme Court Associate Justices Estela Perlas-Bernabe at Marvic Leonen.
No-show din si Muntunlupa City Regional Trial Court branch 204 Presiding Justice Juanita Guerrero.
Sina Bernabe at Leonen ay inimbitahan para magbigay linaw sa pagkuha ni Sereno kay IT consultant Helen Macasaet na mayroong malaking sweldo.
Pero sa sulat nina Bernabe at Leonen sa committee secretariat, sinabi ng dalawang mahistrado na hindi sila makakarating sa hearing.
Si Guerrero, na naka-leave umano, ay inimbitahan kaugnay ng alegasyon na inutos umano ni Sereno sa mga hukom sa Muntinlupa na huwag maglabas ang warrant of arrest laban kay Senator Leila De Lima kaugnay ng kasong droga laban sa kanya.
