Wala nang pasok sa ilang mga bayan at lalawigan dahil sa epekto ng bagyong Basyang ngayong araw, February 14.
Ayon sa deklarasyon ng mga lokal na pamahalaan, wala nang pasok sa:
All levels, public and private
-Cebu province
-Tacloban City
Preschool-high school
-Surigao Del Norte
-Puerto Princesa City , public and private
Preschool – elementary
-Iloilo City
Inaasahan pa rin ang maulan na panahon sa mga naturang lugar dahilsa epekto ng bagyong Basyang./
