Mahigit 700 pulis na nakipaglaban sa Marawi, pinarangalan

Pinagkalooban ng special promotion ngayong araw ang 744 pulis na nakipagbakbakan sa mga terorista sa Marawi City.

Si Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Director General Ronald Dela Rosa ang nanguna sa seremonya na isinagawa sa Camp Crame.

Maliban sa mga pulis na nakipagbakbakan sa Marawi, labingwalong pulis pa ang binigyan ng special promotion matapos makipagbakbakan sa mahigit 100 na rebeldeng New People’s Army (NPA) na nagtangkang kubkubin ang isang police station sa Binuangan, Misamis Oriental noong Disyembre.

Ang seremonya ay sinaksihan ni Army Chief General Rolando Joselito Bautista at National Police Commission vice chairman Rogelio Casurao.
