Bagong TNVS applicants, hindi pa muna mapoproseso
Hindi pa maaaring mag-apply ang mga bagong driver na gustong makasali sa mga transport network companies (TNC) kagaya ng Grab at Uber.
Ito ang naging pahayag ni Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) board member Atty. Aileen Lizada.
Paliwanag nito, uunahin kasi muna nilang iproseso ang mga mayroon pang pending application sa ahensya simula March 5.
Dagdag pa ni Lizada, kapag lumabas sa kanilang processing na hindi sapat ang bilang ng mga pending transport network vehicle service (TNVS) application para matugunan ang demand ay saka pa lamang sila tatanggap ng mga bagong application.
Sa ngayon ay mayroong pinagsama na 119,468 pending applications ang Grab at Uber sa LTFRB ngunit maaari pa itong bumaba, depende sa magiging resulta ng independent audit sa mga aplikante.
