NDF Consultant Rafael Baylosis at 1 pa, naisailalim na sa inquest proceedings
Isinailalim na sa inquest proceedings ang naarestong si National Democtratic Front (NDF) consultant Rafael Baylosis at kasama niyang si Roque Guillermo.
Reklamong illegal possession of firearms and explosives and isinampa ng Philippine National Police (PNP) laban sa dalawa.
Walang inirekomendang piyansa si Inquest prosecutor Nilo Peñaflor para sa kasong illegal possession of explosives ng dalawa habang P120,000 naman ang bail bond para sa illegal possession of firearms.
Matapos ang inquest, inilipat sina Baylosis at Guillermo sa PNP Custodial Center sa Camp Crame.
Una nang sinabi ng CIDG-NCR na sila ay maghahain ng dagdag na kaso laban sa dalawa na paglabag sa article 151 ng Revised Penal Code o disobedience to agent of person in authority bunsod ng pagtanggi na sumailalim sa booking process.
