Cap sa TNVS hiniling sa LTFRB na itaas

Dapat itaas sa 75,000 ang limitasyon sa Transport Network Vehicle Sevices (TNVS) sa buong bansa ayon sa Grab Philippines.

Ipinahayag ni Grab Philippines Country Head Brian Cu na hindi bababa sa 75,000 ang kanilang mga aktibong driver sa bansa.

Gayunman, itinakda ng Land Trasnportation Franchising Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang dami ng TNVS sa 45,000 units.

Batay sa master list na isinumite ng Grab sa LTFRB, umaabot sa 54,00 units ang TNVS na rehistrado sa kanila habang ang Uber Philippines naman ay nakapagtala ng 70,000 units.

Sa kabuuan, 120,000 TNVS ang nasa talaan ng dalawang kumpanya.

Sa bilang na ito, ayon kay Cu ay umaabot sa 75,000 ang aktibong driver samantalang meron ding mga rehistrado pareho sa Grab at Uber.

Inilabas ng LTFRB ang Memorandum Circular 2018-03 na nililimitahan sa 45,700 ang bilang ng TNVS sa byong bansa.
